
Teri Hatcher raises $35,000 for poor Kenyan kids

Washington, Jun 29 (ANI): American actress Teri Hatcher has raised 35,000 dollars for children and adults who have been affected by poverty in Kenya.
The donation was presented by the Desperate Housewives star and 10-year-old daughter Emerson Rose, during their two-week trip to Nairobi.
Hatcher and her daughter visited a boarding school during the trip and the star revealed that the schoolchildren were so embarrassed to talk to her that they used her daughter as a go-between.
