Elton John to perform at Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday concert
London, May 15 (ANI): Veteran singer Sir Elton John has been revealed as the surprise performer at the upcoming concert for Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday.
The whole event is being set up by Mandela's 46664 campaign against Aids team, and one of the reasons John did not want his participation to be known, was because he did not want it to clash with his own Aids Foundation charity.
"Elton is a British legend and we are thrilled to have him join an already exceptional line-up," The Sun quoted an insider as saying.
