Her seedy business came to light after dental patients alarmed at "sex noises" contacted UK tabloid The Sun.
A patient of dentist Patacchiola said he heard raunchy moans while he was having his teeth fixed.
"It sounded like someone having sex. It was really off-putting," The Sun quoted the patient, as saying.
But Patacchiola said Tiny was a therapist and added: "There's nothing illegal. She's a sweet girl." (ANI)
