Two four-year-old US boys were handcuffed by a teacher after refusing to take a nap.
Christopher Brito and Jaden Diaz, from New York, were allegedly taken to an empty classroom by substitute teacher Jaden Diaz, before a school safety officer entered a room.
He reportedly cuffed the boys' wrists and told them they would never see their families again.
Lawyer Scott Agulnick says parents of both boys are now seeking damages.
He said: "Failure to comply with nap time is hardly an offence that warrants being handcuffed, or threatened, for that matter."
