Fearne Cotton thinks Britain's Prince William would be a brilliant drinking buddy

thecheers.org    2008-05-20 08:33:14

British TV presenter Fearne Cotton thinks Britain's Prince William would be a brilliant drinking buddy.
The 26-year-old beauty met Prince William and Prince Harry last year, when she landed the only interview with the brothers before the Concert for Diana, the Wembley show which celebrated the life of their late mother Princess Diana.

Cotton said: "They were adorable. William is just like someone you could go down the pub and have a few drinks with."

Cotton admits she was very nervous before meeting the princes.

She said: "I was s****ing myself, I thought they were going to be standoffish, but they were almost exactly the opposite. If anything, they were eager to please."

Cotton was amazed when the princes admitted they listened to her radio show, and that they loved fellow Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles.

However, Cotton also quashed rumours William had asked her out on a date.

She told Britain's Style magazine: "I couldn't believe that when I saw it. We only talked about Radio 1 and the weather."
