Sherman Hemsley dies aged 74

Actor Sherman Alexander Hemsley, an American actor who was famous for his role in the The Jeffersons, dies at the age of 74 in El Paso, Texas, U.S.
Police officials told that he had been found dead in his home. However police was not stated the reason of dead. But several news papers and channels stated the death due to the natural causes.
Sherman Hemsley was the star in the era of 1970. He was better known for his role as George Jefferson on the CBS television series All in the Family. He also performed in several movies. Before starting acting on the big screen, he did theatre in several stage shows. He was also a good music player.
He was born in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S on February 1, 1938. He also served the nation by joining United States Air Force. After leaving air force, he started work in a post office. He worked in the post office in day and performed theatre in night. He got his first break in the early 1970s. Broadway show was the first big break to him.
His first movie was Love at First Bite. American Pie Presents: The Book of Love was the last movie by Sherman Hemsley. But he was the star of the television. His best television work was All in the Family.
