Noted columnist of the subcontinent and an acclaimed constitutional expert A G Noorani will release the daily English newspaper ‘Rising Kashmir’ at Kashmir University’s Convention Centre on Monday.
The newspaper will be released at a function at 3 pm on Monday that will be attended by a galaxy of intellectuals including politicians - both separatist and mainstream – journalists, lawyers, scholars, university students and people from all walks of life.
The function is being supported by various private and public sector financial institutions while J&K Bank remains the banker of Kashmir Media Group, the parent organisation of the Rising Kashmir.
