Included among the presents were a pushchair, bassinet, toys and clothes at a total cost of $6,000.
Jessica – who is expecting her first child, rumoured to be a boy, with fiancé Cash Warren – revealed she was learning to cope with her ever-expanding breasts.
She said: "I’ve never dealt with cleavage before - it’s a whole new thing.”
The episode is set to air on US TV today (01.02.08).
Meanwhile, Jessica has admitted the baby wasn’t planned but was a pleasant surprise.
She told America’s ‘The Today Show’: “I’ve always loved kids and I’ve always wanted kids, so this is kind of perfect.
“I feel really blessed. I feel really lucky. This is the best time ever. It’s the best year.”
When asked about her plans to marry Cash, the 26-year-old beauty remained coy on the subject.
She said: “I’ve thought about getting married. I’ve thought about it, yeah.”
