With the Spice Girls' UK leg of their reunion tour already started, fans are frantically splurging on the Girl Power merchandise.

Over the next 17 days in London, fans are set to spend almost 3 million pounds on programmes, T-shirts and posters.

In order to get the cash rolling, 'The Spice Merchandise Shop' opened its doors at lunchtime on Dec 15, just 8 hours before the show started, reports News Of the World.

Spice Girls T-shirts, including one sported by English singer Alesha Dixon in BBC's 'Strictly Come Dancing' rehearsals, were on sale at up to 30 pounds.
