Pop Star Britney Spears will get away with her August hit and run accident case with only a mild punishment.
The August accident resulted in her being charged for driving without a valid California license.
Britney had no other previous driving law violations in her name and she managed to get a California driver's license just six days after the incident.
On these grounds the 'Toxic' singer scatted with the standard punishment: a "fix it" ticket or a minor infraction on her driving record.
However, according to a source, Britney would love to hit the road and head home to Kentwood, Louisiana.
But with the ongoing custody battle continuing, the insider also revealed that the singer "won't consider it".
"She won't go anywhere without them, but it's her hope one day to return with the boys to Louisiana," The New York Post quoted the source, as saying. (ANI)
