English singer Lily Allen repents her earlier criticism of peers for doing sexy photoshoots, saying she did it all out of envy.
The Smile singer has earlier condemned Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Tweedy for "taking her clothes off", calling her a "stupid bitch" for doing so.
However after losing almost 21 pounds in jut six weeks, the 22-year-old singer has a different story to tell.
Allen, who posed scantily-clad in the latest edition of British men's magazine GQ claimed she is much less prone to criticising others.
"This shoot was a big thing for me. A lot of the stuff I said before was probably because I didn't feel confident enough to do this," Contactmusic, quoted her, as saying.
She insisted that earlier she was not quit comfortable with her body and that's why blasted against people who did what she could not do.
"I felt like, 'Oh, God, I'm short, fat, ugly... and I hate all those people that flaunt their beauty.' But I feel great at the moment. It's nice to do this for once," she said. (ANI)
