Candice Houlihan told the British newspaper 'News of the World' that according to her the two are an item - and if they're not, Madonna should reconsider.
"If it's true Madonna has sampled Alex's charms, then she'll know what I mean when I say she's a lucky lady," the New York Daily News quoted Candice Houlihan, as telling the newspaper.
"And if not, then I can tell her he is the most amazing lover she'll ever have and she should give it a whirl," she added.
Houlihan, 32, believes the 'Material Girl' and the third baseman have probably already hooked up.
"I truly believe there is rarely no smoke without fire. If anyone can lure a woman away from her husband, it's Alex," she said.
The stripper - who claims her trysts with A-Rod occurred while his estranged wife Cynthia was pregnant - wouldn't be surprised if A-Rod and Madonna went public with a romance.
"He is a powerful figure in his industry, and so is she in hers," Houlihan said.
"I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they did get together, they would be a huge power couple," she added. (ANI)
