Actress Michelle Williams is reportedly making a film about her late former beau, Heath Ledger, so that his memory will always be alive for their daughter Matilda.

A source told Australian Daily Telegraph that Michelle is worried that Matilda may not remember Health, given how young she was when he died, reports The New York Daily News.

"It makes Michelle's heart ache that Matilda was so young when Heath died and she's unlikely to retain any memories of her father," the source said.

"She wants to keep his spirit alive with something Matilda can treasure all her life."

Williams reportedly plans to ask friends and co-workers to appear in the video, sharing stories of Ledger.

The two met on the sets of the Oscar-nominated movie "Brokeback Mountain" in 2004, and Matilda was born in October 2005 in New York.

However, the relationship didn't stand the test of time with the couple splitting in 2007.
