Washington, December 11 : A photographer has sued former James Bond star Pierce Brosnan for allegedly punching him at a mall in Malibu.

A photographer has sued former James Bond star Pierce Brosnan for allegedly punching him at a mall in Malibu.

Robert Rosen claims the incident of 26 October was "excessive, unlawful, malicious" and that it caused him to "lose earnings in the future".

So far as the legality of the incident is concerned, the DA declined to press charges.

Rosen is seeking undisclosed damages for the assault and battery, and for negligence, reports TMZ.

The website also reports that Rosen's lawyer branded Brosnan "out of control".

Brosnan's lawyers were unavailable for comment. (ANI)
