Los Angeles commissioner Reva Goetz ruled yesterday (29.05.08) that Britney¡¯s medical and psychological condition is still ¡°somewhat tenuous¡± so she will remain under the conservatorship of her father Jamie.
After reviewing Britney¡¯s condition, Goetz said: ¡°Her medical condition remains the same. Though there have been changes in her medication, I think in terms of her diagnosis, it's not complete.¡±
The singer¡¯s condition will be reviewed again on June 17.
A trial has been set for July 31 to decide whether Jamie¡¯s conservatorship should be extended or dissolved.
