Melbourne, Dec 5 : A strip club in New Zealand had to pull down a front window picture resembling pop diva Kylie Minogue in a wet T-shirt after the singer's lawyers served the owner with a notice urging him to remove it.

In a letter to Santa Fe Dreamgirls' Services owner Garth Rosson, Minogue's attorneys claimed that the image of their client was misleading and indicated the singer endorsed the establishment in Wellington's red light district.
While talking to the Dominion Post newspaper, the club boss said that Sheridan Solicitors of London have been caught up in a case of mistaken identity.
Rosson insists the picture was downloaded from the Internet three months ago - and bore no resemblance to the singer.
"What would a nice girl like Kylie be doing in a wet top like that?" News.com.au quoted him, as telling the newspaper.
However, Rosson has agreed to take the image out of his window and emailed it to Sheridans, and he is waiting to hear if it was Minogue before he put it back up.
"We wouldn't want to hassle Kylie, or upset her. Not at Christmas anyway," Rosson added. (ANI)
