W ashington, Apr 29 : Pop princess Britney Spears is all set to return to the sets of 'How I Met Your Mother'.
Pop princess Britney Spears is all set to return to the sets of 'How I Met Your Mother'.
The 26-year-old singer will be doing a repeat of her guest role as a dorky receptionist named Abby on the May 12th episode of the CBS sitcom.
"She is excited about going back," Usmagazine.com quoted a Spears source as saying.
"She enjoyed the experience so much and can't wait to do it again," the source added.
Her agent Jason Trawick is, according to a source, confident that she is in good hands.
"They were very respectful and he knows she is in good hands. He admires the director and he is confident Britney will shine again," the source said.
Executive producer Craig Thomas is said to have revealed to Entertainment Tonight the fact that they were happy Spears was on the show again.
"We're all so thrilled to have Britney joining us once again," he stated.
When Spears had appeared on their March 24th episode, she helped the show earn its highest ratings ever.
Spears is said to have found the work on her first appearance to be "so terrific".
"Everyone, including the cast, the crew and the producers, has been wonderful and Abby is such a fun girl to play," Spears said.
