The actress, who turned 29 on April 19, was surprised when a woman - who apparently, owns the mansion where the bombshell is currently filming 'Bride Wars' - gave her the bizarre cake.
"I saw the cake. It was weird, in the shape of a woman/snake/lizard kneeling," the New York Daily quoted a source, as saying.
"The company who made it applied a photo of Kate's head to the cake.
