The singer, 58, and wife Sharon were clearing out their stuff after selling their mansion in Beverly Hills.
A coat embroidered with bats raised 1,605 pounds, sneakers with skulls on fetched 1,277 pounds and a pair of Ozzy's trademark specs sold for 2,553 pounds.
Many heavy metal fans showed up from as far as Germany while fine art buyers bid for his paintings and sculptures.
"For the most part, the metalheads were outbidding the art crowd," The Sun quoted Darren Julien, of organisers Julien's Auctions, as saying.
He said that the items seen on MTV reality show The Osbournes hosted by the couple were the most popular, such as Ozzy's huge coffee cup which fetched 790 pounds.
A dog bed gifted to Sharon, 55, by Elton John raised 1,155 pounds.
However, a Bentley worth around 87,500 pounds was not sold.
The proceeds of the sale, twice as much as expected, will be going to the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Foundation. (ANI)
