The trio's segment, written by the late British director Anthony Minghellaa and directed by Shekhar Kapur, who stepped in after the director died, centres on a woman who checks into a hotel that is in between worlds.
There, she meets a young man and the two discover not only a mysterious connection but develop an understanding as to their situation, reports the Hollywood Reporter.
'New York, I Love You' is being directed by an array of directors, including Natalie Portman, Allen Hughes, Brett Ratner and Scarlett Johansson.
Based on the 2006 French film, 'Paris, Je T'Aime,' the film includes a vast array of Hollywood stars too.
The cast also features Hayden Christensen, Rachel Bilson, Chris Cooper, Anton Yelchin, Drea de Matteo, Ethan Hawke and Kevin Bacon.
Reports claim that if the film proves a success, Shanghai will be the next city to be used in the 'Cities of Love' franchise.
Shooting is under way on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
