Internet2 is causing big problems for recording industry...and the users    2005-04-15 11:25:24    

RIAA has filed 405 lawsuits against students using Internet2 in their universities. Internet2 is a high speed network which is currently available only in some institutions, like bigger Universities.

The students used i2hub to download  full movies in less than 5 minutes.

The lawsuits have filed against students in 18 universities around USA. Warning letters have been sent to more than 100 schools.
